These terms apply to the automated assistant that answers comments and Messenger messages on the Gentix Fashion Facebook Page.
Replies on our Page may be written by an automated assistant on behalf of Gentix Fashion. Prices, offers and delivery charges are taken from our product list and Page posts. If a reply contains a mistake, the price and terms on our product list apply, and our team will correct it before the order is sent.
An order is placed when you confirm the order summary sent in Messenger (by replying "yes" or with 👍). Payment is cash on delivery unless stated otherwise. We may call you on the number you gave to confirm the order. You can cancel an order by messaging us before it is shipped.
