This service is used only by the Gentix Fashion Facebook Page to reply to comments and Messenger messages from customers, to take orders, and to publish posts on the Page.
When you comment on our Page or message us, we receive your public name, your Page-scoped ID and the text of your comment or message. If you place an order, we also store the details you give us for delivery: your name, mobile number, delivery address, and the product, size (or weight and height), colour and quantity you chose.
We use this information only to answer your questions about our products, to confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about that order. Messages and the photos in our own Page posts may be processed by an AI service (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) to understand your question and write a reply. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone except the courier that delivers your order.
Conversation history is deleted automatically after 14 days. Order records are kept so we can deliver the order and handle returns, until you ask us to delete them.
To delete your data, send "delete my data" to the Gentix Fashion Page inbox on Facebook, or contact us through the Page. We will remove your conversations and order records within 7 days and confirm in the same inbox. See data deletion instructions.
