Data Deletion Instructions — Gentix Fashion

You can ask us to delete all data our Page assistant holds about you: your conversation history and any order records (name, mobile number, address and order details).

1. Open the Gentix Fashion Page on Facebook and send us a message in Messenger saying "delete my data".
2. We will delete your conversations and order records within 7 days.
3. We will confirm in the same Messenger conversation once it is done.

You can also remove this app's access from your Facebook account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
